"I don't want to be buried, I want to live forever" - He is so right. Beautiful poem and I love the rhythm of 'Oh, my Beloved' intertwined through phrases
Thank you. And oh my, Marianna. That quote. Someone had used it on a tribute video in 2009 with Beyonce's "Halo". It was such a beautiful video, but with the music at the end they added that quote about not wanting to be buried. Now I can never listen to "Halo" without 'hearing' that quote at the end in my mind. But you're right... and he has that wish, that reality, as we all will... I WANT TO LIVE FOREVER.

Rumi the very famous mystical poet from the middle east was laid to rest beside his father. His epitaph reads: "When we are dead, seek not our tomb in the earth, but find it in the hearts of men.”
